VentureLab offers a variety of summer camps to meet the diverse range of interests and skills a student needs to be prepared for the 21st century careers - whether they are interested in art, business, or something in between, they will grown in their confidence and natural creativity!
We are especially proud to present the unique opportunity for students to gain hands on entrepreneurial experience as they develop, prototype, and pitch a startup business idea. It requires talent, courage and deep insight and passion when you start a company. When you are a part of VentureLab’s Youth Startup Camp, students work with peers and are mentored by VentureLab’s staff and certified teachers. The VentureLab Team is passionate about helping students make the world a better place by solving pressing issues -- we empower students who are enthusiastic, have innovative ideas and are full of energy. Students leave the VentureLab experience as much brighter, hardworking and focused individuals.
This summer, VentureLab will offer two Youth Startup courses:
Youth Startup 101 – For those learning the entrepreneurial process for the first time, Youth Startup 101 will take students through the basics of developing an idea into a real product or service. They’ll learn how those skills can be applied to any interest or passion that they have!
Youth Startup Launch – If your student wants an advanced look into starting a company, they can deep dive into entrepreneurship at Youth Startup Launch! Though perfect for students who are returners to VentureLab or who have used our curriculum in their schools, previous experience is not required. We do strongly recommend that students come to camp with an idea for a product or service they want to work on!
